A beautiful wedding in Rothesay New Brunswick
This beautiful wedding in Rothesay New Brunswick was no different from recent weddings weather wise. Let’s not veer far from the theme this wedding season of rain.
If I have a Bride/Groom willing to venture out into the rain, I will do it.
We strolled through the grounds in the rain; it was still amazing even as the skies opened up. I always have a back up plan worked out with my couples in these situations. A beautiful yellow house sheltered us from the storm as needed.
The wedding in Rothesay New Brunswick was set on the grounds of Rothesay Netherwood School. The only thing that changed this day was the outside ceremony plans were moved indoor to the stunning hall. It was a great backup location for family portraits.
THE HIGHLIGHT FOR ME
I have been watching the TV series outlanders this summer and this wedding filled my heart with joy. The Celtic ceremony with Celtic traditions in full swing was amazing to be part of. We were taken back in time.
Many women in the family wore hairpieces, which always adds some fun and elegance to the day.
When rain fell hard during the family formals. We gathered under umbrellas fast. It let up for us to travel the RNS grounds for the Bride and Groom session. I love the detail in the buildings. It’s a beautiful place.
My wedding couple was an absolute joy to work with. I knew they would be from doing their engagement session.
This day was truly wonderful; I thank you for trusting me to capture it all for you.
Enjoy a small peek from your day. Please take note, adjust the setting quality depending on your device you are watching on for best viewing of the images.
